Dremel Multi Max Tool Review

The Dremel Multi Tool is an oscillating tool that has thousands of practical uses for remodeling, construction, wood working, hobbies and many other uses around the house.   The Dremel multi-max is very convenient for doing small jobs like cutting drywall or doing precision wood cuts around door jams.  The Dremel Multi-Max offers do-it-yourselfers and pros a versatile and effective multitasking tool.

I purchased the Dremel Multi Tool after seeing it advertised on TV.  Every cut was clean, the tool is easy to use, and it’s size and shape is great for tough spots.  With fast side-to-side motion, the Multi-Max can take on a variety of projects that involve repair, remodeling, or restoration.

I found that the Dremel Multi-max is ergonomically designed and does not put any strain on your hands and arms when using the device.  A flat blade will scrape and they have blades with a Velcro pad for sanding and even some diamond impregnated ones for grout removal.  Simply  Multi-Max Oscillating Kit  plug it in and you’re ready to go.

Most manufacturers now offer an adapter of some sort to allow you to mix and match accessories from various manufacturers with your oscillating multi-tool.  Dremel, for example, makes a universal adapter that allows you to use all their Multi-Max accessories (except the flexible extension) with other tools.

In 2009 it was reported that the Dremel Multi-Max was the most popular power tool sold in the United States.  In the oscillating tool world there is definitely a need for both cordless and corded versions of these tools although most of the time we would favor the corded tool.

Best prices on Dremel multi tool kit in Hand Tools online, but if you’ve read any of my other blog posts, you’ll know that I prefer going to Lowes.  They’re cheap, and I can have my tool in hand right away..  There are many brands of oscillating tools available, but when  Dremel  introduced its Multi-Max oscillating tool, and I knew that the quality of both the tool and the accessories would be phenomenal.
